is a non-profit construction organisation with charitable status that maintains a business focus with a purpose. That purpose is to meet the building needs of the elderly, disabled and disadvantaged, to enable them to remain in their own home environment, regardless of profit margins.

CAMCAS LTD also supports its staff to become skilled operatives.

CAMCAS LTD operates in four regions as four separate companies;
CAMCAS East Cavan Ltd,
CAMCAS West Cavan Ltd,
CAMCAS North Monaghan Ltd,
CAMCAS South Monaghan Ltd.

Each company works closely with the HSE through grants such as;
The Special Housing Aid Scheme for the Elderly
and with County Councils through grants such as:
The Disabled Persons Grant and The Essential Repairs Grant.
CAMCAS Ltd work towards meeting the needs of the elderly and disabled in both Cavan and Monaghan Counties by providing the extensive building service to fulfil this.

CAMCAS LTD in partnership with Sustainable Energy Ireland and other state agencies address the fuel poverty issue through providing a standardised insulation package to each home that is worked on and that work will be monitored (by random inspection) and endorsed by Sustainable Energy Ireland.
This work is done in tandem with CAMCAS LTD original work and introduces much needed measures to ensure warmth in homes that would alternatively be without. It also works towards addressing the fuel emissions issue in regards to environmental concerns.
